I have a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath house { Txx me:: 213 634 8/1/48 } with a huge fenced yard.
There is some basic furniture in place that is not shown in the pictures (still a work in progress though).
Kitchen comes equipped but feel free to bring anything you'd like.
Pets are totally fine as fine as long as you clean up after them and pay an additional additional animal fee on top of monthly rent.
The house is located in a nice neighborhood in SF bay area, MO.
Shopping and groceries are nearby as well! Living room and kitchen are fully furnished.
House has a Dishwasher, 2 Fridges, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, HE Washer + Dryer, Ceiling Fans, and Central AC/Heating.
House is modernized with plenty of energy efficiency improvements! Chores are assigned equally to keep the house reasonably clean.
Having friends over to hang out is allowed, however this is not a party house.
Rent is per month plus 1/4 of utilities (can range from to per month per person; they are highest in the summer).
I am expecting utilities to
drop this coming summer more than usual.
Bedroom furnishings and Garage parking are available for an additional cost.
