The house is 5 years old and rent is $1,300 per month (amount includes utilities).
I am a professional in my 40's but still like to have a good time.
No crazy parties at the house allowed.
I do not have pets and prefer someone with no pets.
I have a cleaning person who comes in every month to clean house and your portion will be $50 for cleaning.
