Hey im renting out a room in my furnished 3 bedroom in the Campcreek/Airport area The room is available for immediate move in.
The room comes with a full sized bed that's large enough for two people.
It over looks the front yard and is a excellent for for someone with pets or a well trained pet.
This is a place to get settled for a while.
It is a homey environment so please be drug free and have a clear background.
I prefer to have a hardworking individual that's trustworthy and will be able to pay weekly rent with no problems.
I'm asking for $125 weekly from the right tenant.
