One spacious bedroom available for $875/mo + utilities.
Room is large enough to fit desks and additional furniture comfortably.
You would share a bathroom.
The house is a large, PERFECTLY located townhouse right off GA-400 highway, so you’d within 10-20 minutes of Buckhead & Brookhaven.
It’s also super close Downtown Roswell, Dunwoody Village, and Marietta (about 15 mins) and decently close to Kennesaw (around 25-30 mins).
You’d be near the Chattahoochee River and have lots of restaurants, shops and parks nearby.
Not kid friendly or cigarette/420-friendly (sorry!), and as much as we love animals, we already live with a cute doggo named Dominic who does best as the only pet, so we can’t take on other pets at this time.
The house is in the process of undergoing a modern little
renovation (we just got a brand new kitchen!), so you’d have to be cool with people working on the house occasionally.
There will be a background check, but NO CREDIT CHECK! However, you’d need to provide 3 months of pay stubs, first month’s rent, and a refundable security deposit in the amount of first month's rent to move in.
About us: we are in our late 20’s and early 30’s and both enjoy having a good time kicking back with our friends.
I (Taylor) work in marketing, and love doing ALL THE THINGS (karaoke, bar hopping, events, hiking) in my spare time.
Shay is a huge sports enthusiast, works as a video editor & photography assistant, and as a hobby mixologist, makes some of the best cocktails you will ever have in your life! We both work from home, are night owls (but not super loud/active at night—just awake), and pretty liberal (if that matters to you).
We are not neat FREAKS, but believe in respecting the house and each other’s space.
