Hi all! I am looking for a flatmate (female) to join me as soon as possible in a 2b2b condo in Home Park :) - The flat is located at a 10 min walk from the Georgia Tech campus - Access to a pool and a small community garden 🪻🌿🐛 - Rent is 690 USD plus utilities (around 80 USD) - 1 parking spot (free, I don't have a car) - Laundry and dryer in the unit - Private bathroom - Deposit is 1 month rent - No pets allowed, sorry I am a 28 yo female from Spain, and I am working as a postdoc at the School of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering ⚗️ My house is my safe space so I'm looking for a flatmate who's kind, clean and chill, that would like to share some moments together and not just 'split rent'.
