My husband and I are looking to fill one room apartment for March 9 ,as our roommate is breaking their lease.
Current lease ends at the end of June, and you could choose to sign on for another year or end June 30.
The apartment space is partially furnished, there is not room for new furniture though we are happy to accommodate if you have any upgrades; your room will be unfurnished.
Washer and dryer included.
Pet-friendly apartment but must be negotiated with the landlords.
We have the cutest 2 year-old mini cattle dog, so dog-lovers are a must! We have installed a small garden space which you are welcome to utilize.
We are a 32 year old ecologist and 30 year old gardener, also certified yoga teachers and reiki therapists.
We are looking for peaceful and friendly folks and are open to singles or couples.
Very welcoming to potlucks, game nights, and cute gatherings, but not to large parties simply because of the size of the space.
