Common spaces without TVs We’ve intentionally designed our home to encourage community and have a policy of no TVs or screens permanently on display in common spaces.

Projects We’re fond of house projects and are always working on something! We have a growing tool collection and enjoy when friends join us in making a mess.
Housemates will be given notice if we need to access any bedrooms, if contractors are coming through, or if loud noises are going to happen.
