Hello, I am an African male, 38, who lives close to the west end area, about a mile from Oakland train station on the bus line.
I have a three-bedroom home, and I will rent a private room with a shared bathroom.
Completely furnished and TV/internet.
I will be renting a room for nightly or weekly rent at $40 Nightly or $250 weekly No extended stays must be clean, don't host a lot of guests I prefer nonsmoker (but if you smoke, it must be outdoors) looking for a male of any race must be clean and non-smoker
