I’m a mid-30s guy with a job that keeps me away from home a lot, the other roommate is a mid-30’s engineer who also travels often.
This is perfect if you want a safe and cheap place to stay (for example if you aren’t sure if you want to sign a longer lease and/or are saving to buy a house).
Everything is included, including utilities, and maid service.
+The room has a queen bed, desk, dresser, and large closet.
+The kitchen is fully equipped
+Laundry is in the house, and there is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway.
+The yard is huge with plenty of wildlife.
+There are also both light-filtering and light-blocking shades on the windows; the room gets wonderful sun, but if you want to sleep in, these blinds do the trick!
+The house has super-fast internet for video calls and streaming.
+There are no pets and no smoking.
A maid comes once a month and will clean your room if you would like.
