The apartment itself is very spacious, 1228sq Ft, with a fireplace, sunroom, and patio space.
The room itself is also very spacious as it is the master suite in the unit, it has a large bathroom and walk in closet.
I have loved this space the two years I have been here, but I am now looking to move to a different area.
The property itself is very nice with a beautiful outdoor space/pool, grilling area, 24/7 gym, and on-site package locker.
The other current roommate is very sweet, she is clean, quiet, and works a 9a-5pm, with some days working at home as well.
Another female would be preferred, as well as someone with similar habits! Pets are welcome, but you would just have to pay the pet fees/rent with the leasing office upon move-in!
