I am a mature male looking to partner with a Single Woman or also a Single Mom to co-sign rental lease on a 4 or 5 bedroom home.
I have 3 jobs and make enough money but to be transparent, I have horrible credit due to a business venture that went south.
We can interview each other and get familiar before signing and or choosing a home.
Willing to locate/ relocate to an area best for schools or your job.
It's all negotiable to me.
I am looking for companionship but it's not something we need to rush into.
We can also have a notarized agreement between us as well.
I'm willing to take on 66% of all bills to include rent, while only asking you to chip in 33%.
I believe this way we both can get back on our feet and hopefully make some memories along the way.
