$600 / 1br - WARNING!! DO NOT RENT FROM NATHAN WHITE!! (Buford)

The man who lives in the trailer shown in the photos is a total piece of shit.
He and I agreed to a verbal lease March 1 and I paid for a full month of rent.
Today he went into my room while I was away, went through all my things, and took everything outside.
He charges $600 not $550, and he took my money and then put my things outside like trash, as you can see.
He had gone in the room before and went through my trash 🤔🤮??!! The room in the photos with a bed doesn’t actually have a bed in it, completely empty.
He’s a super weird, super sketchy old guy…DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! He is a total scammer, will not sign any paperwork…me being the honest guy I am thinks people can be trustworthy but learn from my mistake.
