We are looking for a NON SMOKING, CLEAN Single female to share one of the three bedrooms in our lovely home.
You must be gainfully employed as I am not looking to support you.
You need have good background check and credit report.
$480 is what I am asking which includes WIFI.
This is a partially furnished room (Bed, Closet, Drawer, Desk and Chair).
You will share kitchen and bathroom with another female roommate.
Laundry is in the building.
Utilities including electricity, hot water, and gas would be shared.
We are looking for
Absolutely no smoking please (that includes 420), no drugs, no animals, no drama, sleep overs are allowed for only 2 nights in a month and no house parties.
If you like to be up late at night, feel comfortable but please be respectful of loud noise during sleeping hours (10PM to 8AM).
We are very open-minded and respectful of others--we hope you are the same! (month to month lease is ok)
