I love music I write mostly so i do have writing session and studio session In my free time, I am home body person but i do get out sometimes, either alone or with Friends or Family.
On the weekends, I often have game nights every other Friday not ever friday tho lol or Have drinks by the fire pit in the back yard.
I'm a EMT by trade, and I work 13 to 15hrs shifts a day During the week, I'm usually in bed by 8:30pm and up sometimes as early as 3am.
On the weekends it varies.
I'm a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time.
I want my crib to be a place where you can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people and no extended quests.
I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting small parties - I would just like to know about these ahead of time( A roommate agreement will be in place, And you will be listed as a occupant on the property lease.

I'm down to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV or have a movie night or host cook outs for friends and family.
If you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal or time together every once in a while, we're probably not a good fit.
So some of my quirks and relevant information: I'm sometimes overwhelmed by loud noises and dont do well with Dirty-nasty ppl especially or disrespectful people.
If you're someone that can't keep the bathroom clean at all times,clean up after your self at least and know that u are lazy, rude and mean.

I am a sometimes smoker and that's done either Outside or in the Garage Only
I am OCD well I'll just say clean or neat freak like I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean and neat at all times.
