This discounted rate ($200 off the regular rate) reflects the fact that I would occasionally use the living room as my office during the day; otherwise, it's pretty much your own place.

This simply furnished condo is conveniently located, off I-85 near Shallowford Rd -- easy access to Atlanta, Decatur, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Gwinnett County, and I-285.
The rent includes *all* basic utilities -- electricity, water, gas, and high-speed Internet.
The complex has a laundry facility, and I'm happy to include free laundry service for you a couple of times a month, too; I'm very service oriented! I prefer a gay, bi or gay/bi-friendly male, but that's not a requirement.
You must have excellent credit, steady employment, excellent references, and no criminal history -- that is a requirement.
About me: I'm in top shape and really into fitness (especially running and biking), real estate, and alternative music.
I'm a member of both LA Fitness and Planet Fitness.
