I am a retired, young minded active 73-year-old woman and a 15 puond Poddle looking for a mature older person who is willing to commit to a 6 month lease and willing to submit to a background check.
Rent will be $800 a month and a $800 Security Deposit with all utilities and WIFI included.
I am looking for a non-smoking (cigarettes or vaping), non-drugging, and non-excessive alcohol drinking roommate.
You would have a furnished bedroom with your own private bathroom, plus use of the kitchen, inside laundry, living room with TV, and private parking.
Must be willing to be very neat and considerate.
