It sits in a beautiful forest of almost 2 acres.
The large windows let in a pleasing mix of sunlight and forest, and the HVAC system gives each roommate control in their room as well as extremely clean air.
The house sits back in the woods well off the street.
There is off street parking besides the house.
We don’t have a ton of curb appeal, but once you are inside - the house is warm and comforting.
The bedrooms downstairs adjoin our Commons area where there are couches, and a dining area, as well as access to the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom.
I have a room upstairs and another bathroom and kitchen.
The available room is BIG @ 9 x 20 !! , with 10! foot ceiling and one natural stone wall Also there are double french doors at one end that lead into our forest in the back.
A nice sized closet as well.
In total there are 4 of us in the house, but you will mostly just interact with the 1 other downstairs roommate.
However everyone has a say in who moves in, so expect to visit at least twice to meet everyone.
Other than that, just looking for someone who can cooperate in creating a good community atmosphere where we can resolve problems and live a peaceful happy life.
