Hello I'm renting out my second bedroom and bathroom for 250 weekly or 800 a month it's up to you how you would like to pay.
Im 420 friendly but cigarettes smoke has to be outside.
You will have to be a Straight male or Straight, gay, or bi female to live here.
I have nothing against gay men but that's my preference.
