Master room has a huge space, not your typical master room.
Parking spot is in the garage.
We don’t have drama in the house.

Only one person.
Good Credit
Work 40 hours outside of the house.
Background check, Job and income will be verified (no exemptions).

Renter insurance
No smoker, drinkers or pets.
1 Year lease agreement.
(Not short term at this moment or weekly, I am sorry)
Deposit and 1st rent is required.
