I am looking for a tenant with a good rental history someone who works and gets along with others.
There are three other roommates here.
You will be the fourth person your room will also over look the front yard.
This is great for someone with pets.
The bus stop is located on old Jonesboro Road, which is a five minute walk from the house.
Parking will be available either in front of the house or in the driveway.
there is only one room available at the moment in this location, so please read the post before you ask you will be close to family, dollar dollar general church‘s chicken, AutoZone, labor staffing, Piggly Wiggly, and a variety of other places.
Washer and dryer will be provided and available for you.
The pictures are up to date and current you will have Access to the kitchen and laundry as you please.
