I still have the video and we have a hearing for my restraining order on March 19th Her name is Ann Johnson you can look up the case and see she does indeed have a restraining order for attacking me I was just "evicted" even though I PAID she kept 177$ of my rent money I had to move out a week early from when she attacked me and $300 cleaning deposit even though she promised to give it back and this is NOT a studio this is attic ABOVE the landlords rooms, she’s bitter and a bully and I have text that prove so, I felt like I just got out of an abusive relationship she put hidden cameras on me she stole my food used my underwear to clean the llint out of the dryer when the breaker flipped she left me in the dark she went thru my mail she went thru my stuff went thru my trash this IS the worst living situation I've ever lived in Here are the rules she won’t tell you til you sign and it’s to late 1.

Your not allow to bring any of your own furniture I had a friend that was gonna help me move my couch in and she said it wasn’t allowed and made me get rid of it & the friend was a guy so she said he couldn’t and wasn’t allow to come over at all 6.

If you do have a guest they have to leave at 9pm and be the same sex as you I’ll attach our text to this post I wish some one warned me so that’s why I’m warning you Also the breaker is in her room so if u use two plug ins at once the power will go out and you’ll have to wait til morning and have no heat or power til she wakes up Also she said she would give me my money back if I found a place and when I found a place and told her she slammed her door in my face and slammed MY bedroom door at 11 at night and scared me She said she would give me my last months rent back but proceeded to black mail me with her rules and said if I don’t follow what she said than “she can’t help me” Also the “shower” is a hose on the wall that’s handheld and the water pressure is a joke it’s literally a nightmare I started just showering at the gym because the pressure is so bad I can’t even wash the soap out of my hair Feel free to call or text me so I can tell u the truth this is a roommate situation not a studio four two four three four five four two two zero
