This is an almost new Alvarez AD222CU Dreadnought Acoustic Electric guitar.
It's only been played a handful of time and you can tell that by the condition.
It is flawless - the pictures tell the story.
It was kept in a hard shell case in a temperature controlled environment and after sitting there for over a year, it was still in tune! I'm asking a very fair price for a guitar like this but I will entertain REASONABLE OFFERS.

The headstock is bound and is topped with a rosewood veneer that highlights the Alvarez logo inlay.
