Martin 12 String Acoustic Electric Guitar - $635 (Alpharetta/Johns Creek)

A nice 2004 Martin DM12 12-String Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar with a passive Pickup.
The pick up was added after purchase.
Gently used with a solid spruce top, mahogany back and sides, A-frame bracing, a solid mahogany neck, and traditional Martin styling details such as a single-band herringbone rosette.
Satin finish.
Fingerboard and bridge are of East Indian rosewood.
A pickup has been installed.
Most likely a Journey Instruments Piezo EP001K Passive Pickup.
Can play plugged in or not! Looks and sounds great.
It’s in excellent condition.
There is a little overspray on the side and a few minor scratches.
No bad dings of note.
(It needs 3 strings.
I haven’t had time to get them.
