1984 Catamaran house boat it has a new battery.
House boat has a Mercury 115 outboard motor that has low hours and fires right up and is in excellent shape.
The boat is on Pontoons and the pontoons are in great shape and have bilge pumps in them if they ever get water in them.
Plus the boat has two twenty gallon water storage container if you ever want to take it out away from the dock for the weekend.
The inside has a bedroom with a bathroom that has a full shower in it.
