This motorcycle is in brand new condition.
If it was parked inside a dealership, in a row of new motorcycles, no one would be able to tell which one was the used bike.
My wife says that the bike has been waxed more than she has.
It is not just looks.
It is a one-owner bike.
Always garaged, serviced religiously every 5k miles at the dealer.
I have every service record since she was new.
She has never been started and revved up before the oil had a chance to flow freely (why do people do that!).
As a matter of fact, she never gets revved up just to make noise, I’m not 18.
This is a CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) motorcycle, she has 16 coats of paint, a 110 motor (1803 cc) and Harley threw the chrome book at her.
If you are a fan of the matte black look, this is NOT the bike for you - see photographs.
This bike is unique amongst the Harley-Davidson family because the motor is balanced, she doesn’t vibrate and shake.
Why is she called a CONVERTIBLE? She comes with leather bags, a fairing with windscreen, a passenger seat and a sissy bar with luggage rack.
These can all be removed in 2 minutes - without tools.
One day, you have a “bagger”, all set for a multi-state cruise, the next day, you have a single seat bobber for around town riding.
Add-ons include:
49 state legal, Screaming Eagle slip-on exhaust.
The bike came with 50 state legal exhaust but sounded just like a sewing machine.
The new slip-ons sound like a Harley-Davidson but are not like the very loud, 3rd party pipes.
Again, I’m not 18.
A Fat Boy clear windshield.
The fairing looks nice but wind comes over the top and provides some buffeting if you are 6 foot tall, the clear shield hooks up just the same as the fairing but provides protection from the wind.
I haven’t used it in 2 years but it can be handy to have in colder weather.
Upgrade to LED lights all around.
