I have approximately 14-16 fenced acres with water on both sides of property.
Looking to trade out pasture and/or hayfield for upkeep of pastures and fencing.
Terms are negotiable but will need to be mowed/cut at least 4 times over growing season.
Fences are in decent shape but need some sporadic patching and mending.
Fences will need to be sprayed twice during growing season.
Will consider most reasonable trades/ideas.
Perfect for cows, horses or other livestock.
