Dispatcher Customer Service Representative - Snellville, GA

We are a 24-hour family founded and operated Roadside assistance company with partners not employees.
The positions we are looking to fill are as follows *3 Positions available* • Weekly in-office dispatcher/office assistant - $18hr • Overnight Weekends - $16hr • On call / part time (Optional work from home position, With room for growth) - $15hr *The following skills and experience are a must, as we assist stranded motorists having a stressful day and there rules & standards that Divine must met* • Must know how to read a map.
• Must have a pleasant phone voice with a friendly disposition.
Busy atmosphere with clients as well as drivers contact.
• Strong customer service skills are a must.
• Reliable/ dependable/ accountable • Must be fluent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel/ Google Drive Etc.
