```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage a team of front desk staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests and needs are met.
- Conduct night audits to verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and reception area.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and guest services is a plus.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff members in a professional manner.
- Proficient in using hotel management software systems.
