Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Food provided * Safe work environment * On-the-job training * Casual work attire * Company perks * Growth opportunities - Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls; scheduling service calls; handle customer complaints - Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions - Keep organized and accurate records of work performed and materials used by the technicians for inventory purposes - Provide accurate guidance to include service call routing, time management in the office as well as dispatched workers in the field and keeping abreast with weather conditions - Use of current software to log customer's information, pictures and a brief description of work performed; process CC payments by phone Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Proven experience as an HVAC technicIan/ dispatcher or similar role - Strong knowledge of HVAC industry, systems and components - Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) - Proficient in using AS400, GPS, and Oracle Transportation Management software - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Monitoring driver logs and keeping records - Addressing problems and dispatching appropriate team members - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including long hours and extensive planning * Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
