Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network-related issues - Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user problems in a timely manner - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software - Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment and infrastructure - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions - Perform software troubleshooting and provide guidance to end-users - Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory - Create and manage Group Policy Objects (GPO) for system configuration - Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality - Document IT procedures, processes, and configurations Qualifications: - Proven experience in IT support or a related field - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles - Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and resolving technical problems - Familiarity with Linux operating systems and command-line interface (CLI) - Experience with Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows Server - Knowledge of Active Directory administration and user management - Understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols and concepts - Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
