Healthcare Technology Solutions Specialist

Job Overview: We are searching for a Healthcare Technology Solutions Specialist to support the development and implementation of technology solutions in the healthcare domain.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business analysis and technical skills, enabling them to understand and continuously improve in-house health information technology, custom-built case management software, and 3rd party healthcare software in use today.
They will be instrumental in identifying, creating, and managing healthcare technology solutions, providing tactical and technical expertise when needed.
Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to healthcare technology solutions.
Assist in evaluating and improving existing healthcare technology systems and applications.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and refine technology requirements based on business needs.
Contribute to the design and implementation of healthcare technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Provide hands-on technical expertise to develop and integrate in-house and 3rd party healthcare software solutions as required.
Support the documentation of system architecture, technical specifications, and project deliverables.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of healthcare technology solutions.
Stay informed about the latest healthcare technology trends and advancements to suggest innovative solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Previous experience in healthcare technology, business analysis, or related roles.
Familiarity with healthcare information systems, EHRs, and various healthcare software solutions.
Hands-on technical skills in software development and integration within the healthcare domain.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work on both strategic and tactical levels.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
