Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Location: [Chamblee, GA HYBRID IN-OFFICE 2X a MONTH]

We are seeking a seasoned and highly skilled professional to join our Information Technology team as a Business Systems Analyst.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to contribute to the strategic advancement of our technological infrastructure within the dynamic financial industry.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior or lead role.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Profound knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system design.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Familiarity with relevant technologies and software applications.
Possession of certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Insight: Partner with business stakeholders to meticulously capture and document intricate business requirements.
Utilize a blend of interviews, surveys, and workshops to uncover the essential information needed for system improvements or novel implementations.
System Blueprinting and Documentation: Craft detailed system specifications, encompassing process flows, data models, and user interface designs.
Work collaboratively with development teams to ensure technical solutions harmonize seamlessly with business requirements.
Develop and uphold comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
Examination and Streamlining: Conduct thorough analyses of existing business processes and systems to pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement.
Propose and implement improvements aimed at streamlining workflows, enhancing data accuracy, and amplifying overall operational efficiency.
Project Oversight: Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams, delivering technology solutions within predefined timelines and budgetary constraints.
Formulate project plans, delineate project scope, and ensure the successful execution of projects.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Construct and execute meticulous test plans to guarantee the reliability and integrity of systems.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to identify and rectify issues.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate proficiently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide periodic project updates, status reports, and presentations to senior management.
