Windham Brannon believes that we succeed as a firm when those in our community can succeed too.
Our WB Foundation regularly contributes to charities supported by our employees and friends of the month, and we provide regular volunteer support to several not-for-profit organizations throughout the year.
We are in search of talented intern candidates to expand the Application Development team in Spring 2024.
The ideal candidate will possess soft skills relating to strong client service, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to work comfortably with all levels throughout the company, as well as strong technical skills relative to programming, data management, scripting, and fundamentals of processes.
With plenty of training, alongside a full coaching and mentoring program, the candidate in this position will be set up for success as a application developer professional at the close of the internship.
What you will do…
Work with a variety of assignments across multiple functional areas to identify limitations and opportunities for improvement.
Develop applications and workflows to improve processes and make a positive impact on people's daily work tasks.
Create quality work products by following the firm’s processes, policies, and procedures.
Balance multiple projects and responsibilities while maintaining a positive, productive, and professional relationship with clients and coworkers.
• Perform other application development duties as needed in projects and as assigned by supervisory personnel.
You will primarily be working with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate.
Depending on projects there may be potential in working with additional automation tools outside those listed.
What you bring…
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in software engineering or related field, last year preferred.
Knowledge of data management, scripting, and programming.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Maturity, integrity, and a positive attitude in the performance of responsibilities.
