Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
Key Responsibilities: Requirements Analysis, Application Design, Development, Coding, Testing, Maintenance and Documentation Guide the developers while programming and Implementing software applications & packages customized to meet specific client needs Meetings with business managers on project requirements and preparing High level / Low level design documents and to achieve project goals Communicating effectively with clients in identifying IT needs and provide effective business solutions to meet clients’ project deliverables Basic Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience with welfare applications and understanding of IBM ODM Rules Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with: AWS, IBM ODM Rules, Java, Java Script, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring MVC, HTML High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: Agile process knowledge, Extensive Welfare knowledge, Eligibility and Fiscal knowledge Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
