Work you'll do/Responsibilities Help consult with clients on the system design of DevOps environments Support implementations, upgrades, and change requests on client environments Create, implement, and assist in the development of scripts to automate everyday operations Maintain multiple (DevOps) environments based on client requirements Contribute to the configuration and setup of backups as well as setup automated patching for Windows and Linux platforms Assist development teams to build and deploy micro services-based applications with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes Support program optimization to work within constructs of a DevOps environment Assist in system migrations and system upgrades to create and deploy new DevOps environments The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services practice-our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience 3+ years of relevant experience with DevOps technologies Knowledge of DevOps and Infrastructure Automation scripting experience with a few of the following: Java, JavaScript, VBScript, Ansible, Perl, Bash, Shell, Python Experience with Jenkins, Git and other DevOps tools Experience in storage encryption, data at rest, and data in transit Experience with open sourced webservices environments (Java, REST, and SOAP) Experience building and deploying micro-based applications in cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes Understanding of container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Contribute to development teams in order to build and deploy micro services-based applications in cloud with Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment tools and processes Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
This may include overnight travel.
Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred Qualifications Experience with designing and deploying AWS Services like Elastic Compute (EC2), Storages (S3, EBS, EFS, Glacier and AWS Storage Gateway) and RDS Active Security Clearance
