*Qualifications:* *Required:* * Minimum 4 years' experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Model-Driven PowerApps.
* At least 4 years' experience in developing, deploying, and promoting PowerBI dashboards or similar reporting tools like Tableau.
* 4+ years' proficiency in SQL programming.
*Preferred:* * 5 or more years in Azure Analysis Services, SSAS, or advanced PowerBI data modeling.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related fields.
* Skilled in SQL Azure, Azure Services, and Azure Data Factory.
* Experience in local government operations is beneficial.
* Proven capability to navigate uncertain situations and work across different organizational segments.
* Flexible and quick to adapt to changing business needs.
* Strong focus on detail with a commitment to data accuracy and auditing.
*Responsibilities:* * Develop Model-Driven PowerApps aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs).
* Implement data modeling for the creation of PowerBI dashboards, addressing real-world problems.
* Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Domain Experts for operational insights.
* Remain active in technical communities to stay updated with best practices in the field, sharing knowledge within the organization.
