You Are:
UST is looking for a talented Java Full stack developer for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing Agile environment.
Collaborate with stakeholders and strategists to understand the requirements and translate them to design and solutions.
The Opportunity :
Interpret the application, feature, and component designs to develop the same in accordance with specifications.
Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product, component, and feature development stages.
Validate results with user representatives, integrating and commissioning the overall solution.
Select and create appropriate technical options for development such as reusing, improving, or reconfiguration existing components while creating your own solutions for new contexts
Optimizes efficiency, cost, and quality.
Influence and improve customer satisfaction
Influence and improve employee engagement within the project teams
Hybrid-In office/remote
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position.
Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures.
Good understanding of front-end technologies like ReactJS & ReactNative
Understanding of both web & mobile development cycles.
Exp in working with agile & scrum environments.
Proficient in tools like Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Confluence & JIRA.

10+ years of programming exp in various backend technologies like NodeJs, Java, MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, etc.
The associate needs to have mandatory solutions expertise here.
