Details & Criteria Delivery Role: Oracle EPM Specialist Role Description: Oracle EPM Implementation: Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions, including Oracle Hyperion Planning, Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud, Oracle Profitability and Cost Management Cloud, and other related modules.
System Configuration: Configure Oracle EPM applications to align with the organization's financial and business processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Collaborate with finance teams to develop and enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting models within Oracle EPM, optimizing the accuracy and efficiency of these processes.
Data Integration: Integrate Oracle EPM with other financial systems and data sources to ensure seamless data flow and reporting capabilities.
Report Development: Create customized financial reports and dashboards using Oracle EPM reporting tools (e.
g.
, Oracle Smart View, Oracle Financial Reporting Studio) to support decision-making.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune Oracle EPM applications to improve performance and scalability.
User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand and leverage Oracle EPM tools effectively.
Security and Compliance: Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements in the management of financial data within Oracle EPM.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Oracle EPM configurations, processes, and best practices.

Skills: Experience: Typically, candidates for this role have 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementation and support, with a background in finance or accounting being advantageous.
SOX Experience is required Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and configuring Oracle EPM solutions.
