Summary of This Role
The Technical Resiliency (TR) Analyst will work with and assist the function of Enterprise Risk Management in executing the Business Resiliency Governance (BRG) Program.
The TR Analyst will carry out and execute the programs and processes for identifying, assessing, monitoring, aggregating, and reporting key product, services and technology risks and related information.

What Part Will You Play?
Interpret guidelines/policies/procedures to provide a second line of defense (critical challenge) on items related to Business Continuity Management
Manage and assist with the Business Resiliency Governance program implementation globally
Able to assist in mapping end-to-end service processes and identify Single Point of Failure (critical thinking)
Participate in the review of technology resiliency (design architecture) changes (new/existing) to ensure compliance with Technical Resiliency Standard
Able to create and deliver scenario-based exercises and oversee technology exercises to ensure every aspect of resiliency and disaster recovery capabilities are suitable and identify any potential gaps/issues
Responsible for identification of risks, tracking of remediation through closure, and escalating issues as needed
Oversee the creation of application level disaster recovery/technical resiliency plans to include key recovery strategies
Use Archer, the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool, to assist business units across the organization with identification, evaluation, and management of risks and documentation of business resiliency activities in accordance with internal policies
Coordinate and deliver incident management, business continuity/disaster recovery, exercise, and issue training and awareness
Participate in vendor reviews as a Business Resiliency Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Monitor the Corporate Incident Management inbox and track weather events, incidents, and crises that may impact the Global Payments
Supports implementation of processes to satisfy internal and regulatory requirements
Assist with gathering and/or maintaining documentation for meeting with Federal Examiners, internal and external auditors, and with clients
Skilled in problem solving; creativity in resolving unique and challenging business problems; good business judgment
Participates and may lead training and the work of complex projects such as new business integration
Administer and complete complex tasks such as data gathering or manipulation, system or process creation and implementation
Able to make project recommendations of critical importance within established guidelines
Work independently while setting priorities and providing regular project status and updates

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Experience or Degree in: Major in Information Systems, Information Technology, Bachelor of Science; other majors considered.
Willing to accept additional experience in lieu of a degree.

What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?
Technical knowledge of:
Disaster Recovery and High Availability design builds for Physical, Virtual and Cloud Environments
Interpreting technology architecture diagrams
Recovery Point Objective (RPO), Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), and Recovery Time Capability (RTC)
Skills / Knowledge - Use professional concepts and apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
