Under limited supervision, the Product Application and Release Manager oversees secure systems that store, track and maintain a large volume of critical business information.
Manages the Eligibility and Enrollment System, Consumer and Agent portals and the Georgia Access website to include oversight of technical framework and operations.
Oversees technical implementation for Open Enrollment (OE), go-live and ongoing processes to ensure successful milestones and launch dates.
Develops program requirements to include partner Application Program Interfaces (APIs), carrier and federal integration, eligibility determinations, consumer notices and referrals to/from the Medicaid system.

Supports the coordination of technical systems, vendors, and partners for complete development and testing to identify and resolve issues.
Investigates system security, data breach and complaint related issues.
Coordinates with Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) technical requirements and readiness reviews.
Approves, plans, and schedules installation and testing of new products and improvements.
Manages table structure, queries, automated data entry processes, and reports.
Implements measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure.
Tests programs, corrects errors, and makes necessary modifications.
Serves subject matter expert, providing authoritative guidance for professional staff.
Supervises and plans work for assigned staff.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university AND Four years of experience in support of an operating system, database management system or a related field OR Two years of experience at the lower level Database Administrator 3 (ITP032) or position equivalent.
