Key Responsibilities:
Development & Maintenance:
Contribute to the development of the Honeywell Labor Management System using .
Net and other related technologies.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing features and functionalities, ensuring the highest standards of code quality and performance.
AI Integration & Development:
Participate in the integration and development of AI modules, including but not limited to attrition prediction, demand forecasting, and workforce optimization.
Collaborate closely with data scientists to implement AI/ML models into the system seamlessly.
Azure Native Transformation:
Play a crucial role in the system's transformation onto the Azure Native platform.
Engage with cloud architects and adopt best practices in Azure-based development.
Customer Engagement & Feedback Loop:
Connect with customers to understand their requirements, challenges, and feedback.
Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve any technical issues faced by clients.
Incorporate customer feedback to improve features, functionalities, and user experience.
Collaboration & Continuous Learning:
Work in cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between developers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest trends in .
Net development, Azure, AI, and related domains.
Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions and actively participate in team trainings.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-8 years of direct experience in .
Net development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms-preferably Azure.
Basic understanding or experience with AI and machine learning integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills-with an emphasis on customer interactions.
