*The Role:* Lumenor Consulting Group is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team based in Alpharetta, GA.
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our firm.
We are in search of an individual with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across various functions.
Prior experience in office management and administration is a prerequisite for this role.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Oversee the office environment, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating with external service providers, and general office organization.
* Coordinate and facilitate travel and expense reports for executive leadership * Coordinate with accountants and invoice review team to maintain required documentation for tax filings and FAR overhead audits * Act as liaison with 3rd party HR and payroll provider * Facilitate employee on-boarding, including set-up in the HR, payroll and expense systems * Coordinate with IT department for equipment distribution and inventory management * Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and documents * Support coordination and execution of forms and documents required for proposals and contracts * Act as primary contact for insurance providers and manage Certificate of Insurance requirements * Plan and schedule company events, appointments and meetings.
* Create and post external website and social media content * Perform other tasks as assigned.
*Required* * A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and an associate's degree or equivalent background.
* Self-motivated and highly organized with an exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficient in multitasking across various functions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting firm in the A&E (Architecture and Engineering) industry.
