*Required Skills:*
* Strong Experience: Minimum of 3 years' robust experience with Siemens systems, control automation, and PLC programming.
* Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in SAP, SCADA systems, and logic programming with a preference for Siemens and Rockwell platforms.
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the Rod Mill facility.
* Conducting assessments and inspections of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to identify maintenance needs or improvement areas.
* Troubleshooting electrical failures, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective measures.
* Planning and executing electrical maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects with maintenance teams.
* Developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies for electrical systems and components.
* Analyzing electrical performance data for efficiency improvements and energy savings.
* Participating in the design and implementation of new electrical systems, installations, and ensuring safety standards compliance.
* Maintaining documentation of all electrical maintenance activities for regulatory compliance.
* Staying informed on industry trends and advancements to propose innovative solutions.
*Other Qualifications:*
* Experience in Rod Mill Operations: Experience with rod mill operations and compounding is highly valued.
* Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to use analytical skills to solve complex issues and drive improvements.
* Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and share technical information.
