For the right person to invest $300K to help us acquire this 30 year fabrication machining services in Lithonia that makes a variety of plastics and metals.
This fabrication shop provides an array of manufacturing applications for your custom needs.
The owner wants to retire and hand over the 30 year business along with the building with all assets and the land which is 1.

The Shop has $500K of PO’s all the way to December and the son will stay on for at least 2 years.
We are looking for someone who wants to be a silent equity partner in this deal so for investing $300K you will be buying 10% stake of the Fabrication company.
There are three owners that would run the shop on a daily basis.
This year will make you a $50K payout and next year once we ramp up and bring in more PO’s that we know we will have from an electric automotive manufacture, you could make $100K, two of the owners have a lot of experience doing Welding, one of them has 40 years exp.
And the other 12 years, the third owner has manufacturing exp.
