Lamp shade NOT included.

Suppose to light up 3 ways.
Main top light, base is suppose to light up like a night light and then both main and base, but the base light does NOT work.
Plug has tape wrapped around it.
As with all vintage lights have a professional look at wiring before use.
Vintage preowned used condition.
No chips cracks breaks.
Needs to be cleaned, dusty dirt.
