I bought this at an estate sale.
Part of a failed remodel I guess.
This is brand new in the box.
Not a single mark on this.
Retails for $450.
Located in East Cobb.
If still listed I still have it.
No need to ask me that.
I will not respond to questions like, "What is the least I will take for this item".
The phraseology seems to have been started by scammers looking for desperate sellers.
Meanwhile some legitimate buyers seem to have decided that this is a brilliant method.
However this is question assumes one of us has no idea what the item I am selling is worth.
I research all the items that I sell to establish the fair market value to the best of my ability.
If you feel my valuation is wrong please explain why and make a reasonable counter offer.
