Financial Accounting Analyst

NANA Healthcare Management Financial Accounting Analyst The Financial Accounting Analyst should expect to primarily be focused on designing and maintaining customer accounts and reconciliation of those accounts with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
They should also act as a liaison between the organization and various stakeholders and leaders including at the business level to assure accurate and timely reporting and analysis of transactions.
Type: Full time Pay Rate: $27/HR Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5pm Reports to Finance Director (Candidates should only be local to Atlanta Metro area) Key Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for managing financial processes and reporting for assigned portfolio of accounts and facilities within our privately held organization.
This will include receiving and processing invoices and related documentation per procedural and contractual requirements.
The focus will be maintaining assigned accounts receivable and payable portfolios.
QuickBooks at Intermediate to Expert skills level is highly preferred along with excellent Excel proficiency.
Other keys: Knowledge of Accounting Principles (GAAP) alongside Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes for daily processing and reconciliations including processing payments Ability to work independently and take initiative Review and verify invoices and administer check and ACH Cross work….
Bi-weekly client/office supply orders Bi- weekly medical/ clinical supply orders Facility bill payment and support (various) Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner with the who/what/where/when Qualifications: Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Experience with high volume of payables/receivables Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Detail orientated with analytical and technical skills Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines Experience in real estate, property management, and/or financial services industry a plus Proven accounting skillset and financial literacy (Power Excel user incl lookups and pivot tables) Benefits: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and offer paid time off, health and various other benefits upon employment KzEg87yube
