Tax Preparer

*Job description* Our office is seeking a Full Time Tax Preparer with Corporate and Personal tax preparation experience.
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Must be able to work overtime and some Saturdays during busy tax season).
PAY: DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE *Job Description:* * Compute taxes owed by following tax code * Prepare or assist in preparing simple to complex tax returns for individuals or small businesses * Help taxpayers by using their federal, state and local codes and see to it that clients receive the maximum benefit permitted under the law of government * Uncover potential deductions and credits * Review financial records such as income statements and documentation of expenditures * Prepare tax returns using electronic filing software *Requirements:* * Minimum one to three years of corporate and personal tax preparation experience required * Minimum three years of accounting experience preferred * PTIN Certification experience *We offer:* * Health Insurance * Vision Insurance * Dental Insurance * Paid vacation, paid sick leave/PTO and paid holidays * Modern office design and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with break room and full kitchen! * Positive work environment!
